Job Summary:

The Digital Operations group within Raytheon’s Digital Technologies organization is seeking a professional to support the RTX Common As-Built System (CABS). Primary duties will be support of the RTX Common As-Built System (CABS) and will include ongoing customer support via Helpdesk, management of training classes, and software development and deployment. Our mission is to support Engineers who validate artifacts that are used to produce our products are correct and meets industry standards.

This position is a hybrid role requiring occasional onsite presence at our Tucson, AZ facility and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

+ Support software development to include requirements conception, testing and deployment

+ Perform Helpdesk based support including ticket resolution, user usage issues, and interface with the development team

Basic Qualifications:

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management. **Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

The IT Analyst will be part of an IT team that supports three Hyatt resort properties in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The role will primary focus on the day-to-day availability and functionality of IT systems in a particular hotel and resolve standard user issues by troubleshooting end users' problems using ServiceNow ticketing system and hotel's IT knowledgebase. The IT Analyst will also help support the IT Director, as needed, with projects and support with the other hotels in the cluster.

The IT Analyst is responsible for overseeing all computing technology associated with property applications, point of sales, desktop hardware, networking and computing services at the resort. They will provide maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and provide end-user support for hardware and software problems. Installs, maintains, repairs, administers and troubleshoots equipment and software necessary for smooth operations and company compliance. This role is full-time on-property role and is part of a cluster program with 3 Resort properties. While focused primarily on one property, the IT Analyst will be expected to occasionally work at different Hyatts within the area to accommodate for things like other employees’ vacation and sick time.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems with desktop hardware, applications and networking.

+ Configures and deploys end-user desktop hardware, software and peripherals.

+ Installing and maintaining hotel IT hardware and software

+ Ongoing support and maintenance of the local area networks.

+ Setup computer software and hardware for new/existing staff, including new user accounts.

+ Ensure acceptable performance in computing and network systems.

+ Network Cabling repair and maintenance

+ Monitor server performance, disk space, error logs, and backups of critical systems.

The Telecom and Systems Analyst will be responsible for acquisition, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all HOV telecommunication systems and voice network. Works with voice network carriers to resolve problems and maximize voice system availability.
