Responsibilities to Anticipate:
+ Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment.
+ Understanding and knowledge of Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals to include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
+ Working as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).
+ Understanding of data RAID, data backup uses and technologies. Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
+ Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements. Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.
+ Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.

Summary of Responsibilities
The project manager, property operations is responsible for assisting with all aspects of interior renovations and ensuring renovations are compliant with company policies, local, and federal regulations and meet quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
· Maintain a proficient understanding of company interior renovation practices and associated documents
· Assist vice president, regional manager, and area maintenance manager with renovation processes including renovation proposals, unit renovation management agreements, scope of work development, contract negotiation, scheduling, training, and execution of renovation plans
· Manage enforcing agencies. Meet with city inspectors and/or representatives as necessary to coordinate project efforts.
· Initiate coordination/kick-off meeting and recurring meetings with the owner, architect and contractor. Establish staging details, sequence, initial schedule, scope, etc.
· Maintain organized records of project bid costs using corporate tracking tools
· Train on-site associates on the renovation process to ensure prompt completion of renovation work

· Meet contractors to discuss scope discrepancies, change order requests, trouble spots, etc.

What will I be doing?
This position presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives on variety and interfacing with cool brands and high-profile clients on a national level to help deliver the client’s innovative vision. The position requires the individual to function in an autonomous environment, providing top tier support both internally and externally while managing their own schedule, meeting deadlines, and surpassing client expectations.
The prerequisites for this position include clear and effective internal and external communication, strong organization, elevated attention to detail, strategic planning, timeline development and management, leadership, pragmatism, and positivity. The Project Manager will work directly with the Solutions Group, Sales, Design, Print, Fabrication, Installation and Logistics departments. The Project Manager is responsible for estimating opportunities in a timely fashion utilizing project details shared by the Sales team. Once a project is contracted, the Project Manager will then take ownership and see the project to completion working with subject matter experts in all departments to deliver flawless execution of contracted deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for estimating opportunities in a timely fashion utilizing project details shared by the Sales team.
This position will own and manage projects containing décor and fabrication components. An understanding of print substrates, printing equipment, install processes, estimating, and manufacturing is highly desired.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Direct client communication leading weekly status meetings and daily interactions via phone, email, and video conferencing.
+ Work with sales, graphic designers, mechanical designers, and production to deliver completed projects on a timely basis.
+ Review project solutions considering client requirements and site surveys to accurately determine requirements for manufacturing and installation. Leads project once contracted.
+ Produce and manage project workback schedules and timelines for all phases of manufacturing, delivery, and installation of projects in conjunction with the Solutions Group.
+ Manage vendors, partners, and onsite subcontractors.
+ Provide manager weekly reports on status of projects.
+ Work closely with various departments on a collaborative basis to deliver projects with excellent quality on a timely basis.
+ Travel may be required to perform tasks including but not limited to site surveys, installation/dismantle oversight, and client walkthroughs.

Education and Experience:
+ Two years in a project management role or equivalent experience.
+ Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
+ Experience working directly in decor project management and/or agency experience on experiential marketing projects.
+ Experience in decor production and management.
+ Experienced to give advice on best practices for print projects.
+ Experience with CoreBridge, Smartsheets (or other project management software), ERP, a plus
+ Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other MS programs
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
+ Requires interfacing within sales, manufacturing, and operations areas.
+ Travel is minimally required and will be evaluated based on specific project requirements.
